Butter chicken:
Marination:
- Chicken:300 gram
- Oil:1/2 cup(oil for fry.)
- Butter:2tbsp
- Salt:3/4 tsp
- Chilli:1 tsp
- Turmeric:1/4 tsp
- Ginger:1 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste:1 1/2 tsp
- Beaten curd:2 tsp
- Lemon/vinger :1/2 tbsp
- Gram masala powder:1 tbsp
- Coriander powder:1 tbsp
- Cumin seed :rosted& crushed1 tsp
- Sugar:1 tsp(if you like)
- Paprika powder:1 tsp
- Marinate for 30 minutes then fry in oil.
- Butter put in the frypan and give little heat and put oil
- Marinate chicken add and cook till chicken dry and fried.
Gravy:
- Oil: 1/2 cup
- Butter: full block(If you like half)
- Salt:3/4 tsp
- Chilli:1 tsp
- Tomato:3
- Onion:1(diced.chopped)
- Garlic crush:2 tsp
- Ginger crush:2 tsp:
- Water:1/2 cup
- Green cardamom:2(If you have0
- Cinnamon :3 (if you have)
- Milk:1/2 cup: If you like
- Fresh cream: If you like
- Dry fruit: Dry coconut 2 tbsp/cashews:2 tbsp/Shocked almond paste(If you have)(Brown in oil and then grind
- Butter put in a saucepan on little heat and put oil
- (add Green cardamon and cinnamon fry it if you have)
- add onion and fry onion till golden colour
- put ginger and garlic paste also fry it until colour changes.
- Tomato puri or chopped with salt, Red chilli powder,
- (Dry cocunut\Cashews\almond paste) add it and cook the gravy goes full mix(if gravy does not mix then grain it)
- Fry chicken add in gravy and put water and cover it for cook.
- (At the last after cooked add cream)
For garnish:
- Coriander: chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilli:3
- Dry Fenugreek: if you like
- Butter: Half cube
Garnished Butter chicken is ready to serve.
